July/August

As you all have heard by now I have received and am prayerfully considering a Call to Immanuel Lutheran Church in Preston, Md. Nothing is definite at this point; Michelle and I would appreciate your prayers, thoughts and encouragement as we seek God’s will for the future. I also encourage you to be praying about revitalization for our congregation here. You’ve been hearing about the TCN (Transforming Congregations Network) process. This process, in my opinion, would open up opportunities for future growth in this place. To seek and explore new vision would be of great benefit as we seek to bring people into God’s kingdom and perhaps even into our church. I hope all will enjoy a pleasant and safe summer. Michelle and I will let you know when a decision is reached concerning our Call. In the meanwhile I remain your Pastor ready to serve you in every way! We have been here for 8 years and really see you as our family. May God’s richest blessings be yours.
